Incona manufacture many types of Temperature Sensors and are experts in RTDs, Thermocouples and Thermistors that are used in a wide range of industries. We deliver Customized Temperature Sensors and Battery Temperature Sensors with customized housing, cables and/or connectors. Weatherproof or Flame proof products are also available.
A temperature sensor is a device, typically, a thermocouple or resistance temperature detector (RTD), that provides temperature measurement in a readable form through an electrical signal.
- Example of sensing elements: PT100, PT1000, LG/NI 1000, NTC and PTC.
- Example of housing material: Silicon, stainless steel, copper, brass.

Thermocouple Types
J - Type Thermocouples 0°C to 900°C (Iron/Constantan)
K - Type Thermocouples 0°C to 1200°C (Cr/Al)
N - Type Thermocouples 0°C to 1200°C (Nicrosil/Nisil)
R - Type Thermocouples 0°C to 1600°C (Pt/Rh)
S - Type Thermocouples 0°C to 1600°C (Pt/Rh)
T - Type Thermocouples 0°C to 400°C (Copper/Constantan)
